  • Do you work weekends?
    Yes, we are available to work weekends and evenings as well as regular business hours.
  • Who supplies the cleaning material?
    A&V Cleaning and Maintenance Inc (the company) will provide all cleaning materials and equipment necessary such as vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions/products etc.
  • Does the client have to be home?
    Being home is not necessary. We will coordinate the entering and exiting of the property once the quotation gets approved by the client.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
    As part of our satisfaction guarantee, if you’re ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, we’ll return the next business day and re-clean it.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    It’s simple. Just call our local office or +1 (305) 684 -3722 and speak with a representative from A&V Cleaning and Maintenance Inc and they will assist you in cancelling or rescheduling your cleaning. For any cancellations* you should send an email request at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning day. *In the event that you cancel a clean, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
